Assists Operations staff with a variety of technical, para-professional and analytical duties in support of drilling, completions, productions and data analysis. They will be assigned meaningful summer project(s) that are intended to be of use to Operations staff for future evaluations and analyses. They are expected to work closely with field personnel and vendors to gain a better understanding of field operations and procedures and to assist with assigned tasks and projects.

The Operations Analyst will be the data enthusiast within the Operations department (drilling, completions, & production). Working with operations management, engineers, and analysts in other departments (accounting, engineering, land, & geology), this person will improve the quantity and quality of data collected within Operations and help integrate it with data from other departments within the company. Additionally, reports and visualizations will be made in order to provide intelligence for business decisions.
